Qualifying Applicants

There are two methods for qualifying an applicant to determine the likelihood that they may generate tax credits for you. You may send applicants to a website to answer the brief questionnaire to determine eligibility, or you may have them complete a paper questionnaire along with their application. The answers to the paper application may then be entered into the qualifying website.

With either approach, you will have immediate feedback as to whether the applicant may generate credits for you. This data is stored by the website. Once you hire an applicant, you may then forward the data through the website to the Tax Credit Processing Center for processing.

The website for qualifying applicants is www.hirecredit.com. Send your applicants to this address with your codes to complete the questionnaire online, or enter the answers from paper questionnaires. Download the paper questionnaire here. Once an applicant is hired, use your codes to login at www.hirecredit.com and select that individual for tax credit processing. If you don't have codes, see Enrolling for information on how to receive codes.
