Enrolling for New Hire Tax Credit Processing
Tax credits represent a dollar for dollar credit an employer may take against income taxes due. The fee to you for actual tax
credits recovered and delivered shall be 25% of the dollar value of the federal credits recovered, and 33% of state credits
recovered. No fees are incurred by you until credits are recovered.
All credits are recovered by the Tax Credit Processing Center (TCPC), a third party specialist in applying for and
recovering new hire tax credits for employers. Personnel Profiles, Inc has partnered with TCPC to provide tax credit
recovery services to our clients. TCPC will apply for and recover credits on behalf of participating clients,
and collect the fee for recovery of credits directly.
To be eligible to recover tax credits, you or your organization needs to meet the following requirements.:

- Is your company or you if your company is an LLC, LLP, SUB S Corporation, Partnership or Sole Proprietorship paying
federal or state income taxes?
- Through turnover or growth of your business, do you hire more than 7 employees a year?
- Would you like to reduce your taxes and only pay for the service if it works for you?

How to Enroll
To get started is easy. Click here to download the
contract and new client information form. The contract represents a limited power of attorney enabling TCPC to apply for and
recover tax credits on your behalf. Complete the forms as applicable and return the original, executed forms to the address

and how to apply for the credits once they are hired.
