Not everyone needs to be managed and trained in the same way with the same material.

Such an approach yields a training and development plan that is specifically tailored to the individual employee and the job he or she performs. The employee's supervisor can then work with the employee to accomplish the steps provided in the developmental plan, or the employee can take the initiative and complete the plan individually. Either way, improved performance is far more likely since the training and development suggestions focus on the areas of needed improvement unique to the individual and the job.
With The Answer assessment, CRI has developed a simple way to provide individualized development plans for employees based on the requirements of their job and the employee's unique traits and behaviors. The Answer assesses six mental aptitudes and ten behavioral traits critical for success in most positions, and incorporates a questionnaire that provides the basis for comparison of the employee's aptitudes and behaviors to those required for success in their job
The Answer report provides a detailed description of the employee's aptitudes and behaviors as measured in addition to the specific development plan for the employee relative to the job requirements.
